Job Title: Brand & Influencer Program Manager (UK)
Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance / Performance-Based Contract (Remote)
Location: Remote (Must be UK-based or familiar with the UK social media landscape)
Reporting To: Head of Growth / Founder
Compensation: £200/month Base Retainer + (5% up to £10k / 3% over £10k) + Monthly Retention Bonuses
1. Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, metrics-driven, and highly organised Brand & Influencer Manager to lead our creator acquisition, gifting, and brand ambassador operations in the UK.
You will own the end-to-end recruitment, management, and retention of 50 new active influencers and 20 brand ambassadors every month.
Your primary goal is to turn social media creators into dynamic revenue drivers and high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) engines for our e-commerce brand.
This role is structured for a growth-minded individual: you receive a guaranteed base retainer for operational overhead, plus an uncapped performance commission on all sales generated by creators under your management.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Outreach (70 New Creators / Month)
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach across TikTok and Instagram to source 250+ targeted UK micro-creators weekly.
- Secure onboarding for 50 new active micro-influencers (1k–10k followers) per month for product gifting & affiliate campaigns.
- Recruit 20 dedicated Brand Ambassadors (5k–25k followers) per month committed to monthly posting and recurring brand advocacy.
- Manage inbound applications via our website and Klaviyo post-purchase recruitment flows.
B. Logistics & Campaign Management
- Coordinate product gifting box dispatch with our warehouse team, ensuring custom packaging and clear creator briefs are included.
- Monitor posting compliance, ensuring all gifted creators post required content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) within 14 days of package receipt.
- Curate, organise, and download raw video/image files into our central UGC Drive for paid ad utilisation (Meta & TikTok Spark Ads).

C. Community Management & Retention (20% Target)
- Identify the top 10 performing creators (20% retention cohort) each month and promote them into Tier 2 / VIP status with higher perks and commissions.
- Deliver engaging weekly creator communications, run sales leaderboards, and launch creative monthly competitions.
- Process monthly affiliate payouts, track unique discount code performance, and maintain accurate reporting.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Acquisition Volume: Minimum 50 active new influencers + 20 brand ambassadors onboarded monthly.
- Content Delivery Rate: 80%+ posting compliance within 14 days of gift box arrival.
- Retention Rate: 20% of monthly creators converted into recurring, high-turnover sales drivers.
- Attributed Revenue: Monthly growth in gross sales generated through influencer codes and tracking links.
4. Compensation & OTE Structure
This position features a hybrid salary structure designed to reward performance directly:
1. Base Retainer (£200 / Month)
Covers baseline operational hours, daily DM/email management, database maintenance, and tracking administration.
2. Revenue Override Commission (3% – 5% Uncapped)
- 5% Commission Override: Earned on all net sales generated up to £10,000 per month.
- 3% Commission Override: Earned on all incremental net sales generated above £10,000 per month.
3. Retention Target Bonus (£100 / Month)
Monthly cash bonus awarded when retention targets are achieved (10+ high-turnover active sellers maintained in Tier 2/VIP pipeline).

5. Requirements & Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–2+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media management, affiliate marketing, or community management (UK e-commerce experience preferred).
- Social Media Native: Deep, fluent understanding of TikTok algorithms, Instagram Reels trends, creator outreach etiquette, and UK pop culture vernacular.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Influencer Hero, Social Snowball, Modash, Klaviyo, Canva, and Google Workspace.
- Self-Starter & Organised: Strong project management skills—capable of tracking 70+ creator relationships concurrently without losing attention to detail.
- Negotiation & Relationship Skills: Friendly, persuasive, and professional communication style across DMs and emails.
