Who You’ll Be Working With
At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high-impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising, driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.
- You’ll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that seamlessly align storytelling with business objectives.
- A key focus will be scaling PMG’s influencer and creator marketing discipline—establishing frameworks, curating talent relationships, and setting standards for authenticity and effectiveness in alignment with brand goals.
- Your role will be instrumental in shaping how brands foster meaningful connections with their audiences.
- You will also play a key role in exploring new content formats, leveraging emerging platforms, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure creator strategies are not only relevant but also innovative and impactful.

What You Will Do
- Lead the identification and selection of influencers that align with our clients' target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the Lead to develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers, internal teams, and clients.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of branded content, including overseeing the adherence to brand guidelines and coordinating with influencers and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Support the Senior Overseer in analyzing campaign performance, extracting key insights, and providing strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Support mentoring and guiding Associate-level team members, providing support and sharing knowledge to help them grow in their roles.

The primary focus of this role is the Influencer & Branded Content channel, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader campaign objectives and business priorities.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in Influencer & Branded Content, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in content creation and influencer marketing strategy, driving impactful partnerships and innovative campaigns.
- Experience in contract review and proposal development, ensuring smooth negotiations and long-term influencer collaborations.
- Advanced detail orientation, overseeing accurate execution, reporting, and strategic alignment in influencer initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in project implementation, managing high-level influencer campaigns from concept to completion.
- Skilled in presentation and communication, delivering insights, strategic recommendations, and campaign performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of advertising standards, client service, and relationship management, fostering high-quality influencer-brand partnerships.
- Proficiency in influencer management dashboards and social media platforms, leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in networking and influencer marketing, building meaningful industry relationships to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
