Influencer Campaign Executive

Fully remote (UK based) | £26-29k + up to 10% bonus | Full time

You'll spend your days running influencer campaigns end to end for some of the biggest names in Health and Wellness: building creator relationships, negotiating paid deals, managing budgets and proving the numbers work. We've worked with Lululemon, Starface, Huel and AG1, and our clients range from 7 to 9 figures in revenue.

Augmentum Media

Augmentum Media is a premium influencer marketing agency helping DTC health and wellness brands scale profitably through creators. We're a fully remote team of 20, and we're growing.

The role

Our campaigns run the full journey: seeding, gifting, affiliate and paid. You'll own all of it. You'll take creators from a first outreach message into receiving product to try, build genuine relationships with them, then turn the best performers into paid partnerships and long-term ambassadors. And because our clients trust us with real budgets, you'll track every pound against the results it drives.

Day to day, that looks like:

  • Reaching out to creators and getting them opted in to campaigns, using tools that automate the boring bits
  • Talking to influencers across several campaigns daily, mainly on Instagram, and building genuine relationships with them
  • Sourcing and vetting creators for paid activity, using audience data and past performance rather than gut feel
  • Negotiating rates and deliverables with creators and their managers, and getting deals over the line
  • Managing campaign budgets: tracking spend, staying inside allocations and flagging when the numbers say we should shift money around
  • Living in the analytics: CPMs, engagement, click-through, conversions and ROAS, and knowing which creators are actually driving sales
  • Forecasting expected returns on upcoming spend and reporting performance to clients and senior management
  • Turning seeded creators into long-term ambassadors and whitelisting partners, and building tight-knit creator communities around our clients' brands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll report directly to campaign leads and senior management, and you'll learn how campaigns work across every niche we operate in. Do this role well and you'll grow with the campaigns and budgets you manage.

Who we're looking for

  • You've done influencer work already, at an agency or in-house. Ideally that includes paid campaigns alongside seeding, gifting or affiliate
  • You've managed a budget, even a small one. You know what it feels like to be accountable for money spent and asked what it returned
  • You're comfortable with numbers. Campaign dashboards, spreadsheets and performance reports are where you figure out what's working, not a chore at the end of the month
  • You can negotiate. You know a fair rate when you see one, and you can hold your ground with a creator's manager without souring the relationship
  • You genuinely like talking to people, and it shows in your DMs
  • You're a quick, clear communicator with sharp attention to detail
  • You're hungry. You want to learn fast, take ownership and help shape a growing agency
  • You're into Health and Wellness, and creator culture generally
  • Fluent written and spoken English
