Influencer Campaign Lead
Fully remote (UK based) | £40,000-£50,000 DOE + up to 10% performance bonus | Full-time
You'll own client relationships and campaign results for some of the biggest names in Health and Wellness. We've worked with Lululemon, Starface, Huel and AG1, and our clients range from 7 to 9 figures in revenue.
About Augmentum
Augmentum is a premium influencer marketing agency helping health and wellness brands scale profitably through influencer, creator and affiliate marketing. We're a fully remote team of 20 and growing fast, which is exactly why we're hiring senior people who can own accounts end to end.
The Role
You'll run a portfolio of 4 to 6 client accounts as the primary point of contact, with a pod of community execs delivering under you. You own four things:
- The client relationship. You're the face of Augmentum for your accounts. Clients should genuinely enjoy your calls and leave every one of them confident that things are under control because you're on it.
- Results. Campaigns land on time, on brief and above target. When performance dips, you spot it early and fix it before the client has to ask.
- The commercial side. You're accountable for retention, upsells and cross-sells across your accounts and for delivering profitably within scope. You'll talk clients through performance data and future projections with confidence.
- Your people. You'll train and develop the execs in your pod into genuinely great marketers. Their growth is your job, not a side task.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Day to day, that looks like leading client calls and comms, owning timelines and deliverables across live campaigns, tracking KPIs and reporting on ROI, flagging risks to senior management early, and coaching your execs through real campaign work.
Do this well and you're the obvious next account director as we grow.
Who We're Looking For
- You're brilliant client-facing. Warm, personable and impossible not to trust, and when things get tense, you're the calmest person on the call. Clients treat you as part of their team, not a supplier.
- You're cracked at influencer marketing. 3+ years brand-side or agency-side, ideally both, and you understand how campaigns, creators and client expectations actually work in practice.
- You love the commercial side. Retention, upsells and account growth energise you, and you want to be measured on outcomes, not tasks.
- You're a natural leader. You get real satisfaction from making the people around you better, and you lead through standards and example.
- You're highly organised, calm under pressure, and take visible pride in the quality of what you ship.

What You Get
- £36,000-£50,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus of up to 10% based on individual and account performance.
- A genuine seat at the table: you'll work directly with founders and senior leadership on the next phase of Augmentum's growth.
- Your own pod to lead and develop.
- Dedicated personal development budget for training, courses and conferences.
- Fully remote with flexible hours, built around output rather than schedules.
This Role is Not for You If
- You prefer managing tasks to owning outcomes.
- You'd rather hide behind email than get on a call with a client.
- You see developing junior people as admin rather than the job.
- You want fixed processes and a slow pace.
