Brand Collaborations Specialist – Creator & Influencer Marketing

📍 Location: London – 5 days per week onsite
💷 Rate: £307.94 per day PAYE + holiday pay
📅 Duration: 4-month contract
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week
🚀 Target start: 1 October 2026

We are recruiting two Brand Collaborations Specialists to join the European Creator Monetisation team at a leading global ecommerce and technology company.

This is a hands-on campaign delivery role managing brand-sponsored creator and influencer campaigns across the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. You will take ownership of campaigns from the initial brief through to launch and final performance reporting.

You will join during the busy Q4 period, supporting campaigns around major retail events including Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas. After a short onboarding period, you will manage approximately five to eight concurrent campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage brand and creator collaborations from initial brief through to launch and post-campaign reporting.
  • Source and assess suitable creators against brand briefs using internal casting tools.
  • Lead creator outreach, fee negotiation, contracting and briefing.
  • Negotiate content usage rights with creators and talent agencies.
  • Coordinate content reviews, approvals and campaign go-live activity.
  • Work with paid social specialists to support Meta and Instagram campaign boosting.
  • Produce post-campaign activation reports covering performance, engagement and key learnings.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records across Asana, Salesforce and internal trackers.
  • Ensure campaigns meet agreed timelines, brand-safety requirements and legal standards.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different European markets.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience managing influencer or creator campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Experience gained within an agency, brand, ecommerce business or in-house marketing team.
  • Confidence negotiating fees, deliverables and usage rights with creators or talent agencies.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, creator content formats and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail across overlapping campaign deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and understand metrics such as engagement, CTR and ROAS.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to become productive quickly following initial training.
  • Fluency in English.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with influencer marketing platforms or affiliate programmes.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or paid social boosting.
  • Understanding of vendor-funded or co-funded marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within a major ecommerce or technology organisation.
  • Italian, Spanish, French or German language skills.

This would suit an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive, Creator Campaign Manager or Brand Partnerships Specialist who enjoys hands-on campaign execution and can operate confidently within a fast-paced international environment.
