Influencer Campaign Manager

Four Stroke Media | Job description

Remote within the UK | In-person team days at least monthly | Full-time, permanent

Work with ambitious brands and talented creators, and help shape what comes next at Four Stroke Media.

About Four Stroke Media

Four Stroke Media is an independent influencer marketing agency working with brands and creators across the UK and internationally. Our work has included campaigns for the World Rally Championship (WRC), EA SPORTS, AG1, Yfood, Freetrade and many more, across gaming, automotive, nutrition, lifestyle and fintech.

We connect brands with creators whose audiences, interests and values are the right fit. We help shape clear partnerships and manage the campaign, while giving creators room to make content in their own voice.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Influencer Campaign Manager who enjoys bringing a campaign together. You’ll help choose the creators, negotiate the partnerships and see the work through to launch and results, with room to put your own ideas into the mix.

Your main focus is looking after clients and running their creator campaigns, understanding their goals, keeping them informed and recommending what to do next. Working alongside our Campaign and Partnerships Manager, you’ll help build long-term client relationships and grow their programmes. You’ll also support managed talent and targeted new-business outreach, with priorities agreed around client commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Getting to know each client’s brand, audience and goals, and turning their brief into a clear campaign plan.
  • Finding creators whose content and audience fit the campaign, building shortlists and explaining why your choices make sense.
  • Building creator and agent relationships and negotiating fees, deliverables and usage rights. Supporting FSM’s managed talent with brand enquiries, partnership opportunities and agreed commitments.
  • Managing briefs, content reviews, revisions and live dates, making sure the work meets the brief and advertising disclosure requirements.
  • Being a trusted day-to-day client contact: understanding priorities, giving proactive updates, resolving issues and recommending next steps, while keeping creators informed.
  • Keeping budgets, creator costs and campaign trackers up to date, with accurate information for invoicing and payments.
  • Turning campaign results and good brand fits into opportunities: growing accounts, starting conversations with potential clients and supporting targeted outreach, pitches and follow-ups.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

  • You’ve already worked on influencer campaigns and can talk us through what you delivered. You’re interested in creators, curious about why content works and comfortable taking responsibility for getting things done.
  • Experience running creator campaigns, with excellent organisation and attention to detail across deadlines, budgets and several projects at once.
  • A personable, clear way of communicating with clients, creators and agents, including when you need to negotiate or have a difficult conversation.
  • An eye for content and audience fit across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, alongside confidence using numbers to support your recommendations.
  • Honesty and initiative: you keep people informed, flag problems early, take responsibility and suggest ways to improve the work.
  • Around two to three years of relevant experience is a useful guide, but we’re interested in what you’ve done. Agency experience and familiarity with campaign tools are helpful. A full driving licence valid in the UK is essential for driving to events and other work commitments.
