Influencer & Campaigns Executive | LUYA Agency

Remote (UK-based), with in-person team days in Manchester and London and clients all over the UK & Ireland.

About LUYA

LUYA is a PR agency specialising in media relations, influencer engagement, social media and events, with a focus on multi-site businesses and brands rolling out across the UK and beyond. We work across retail, property, leisure, hospitality and tourism. We're a collective of passionate colleagues, located the length and breadth of the UK, brought together by a shared focus on delivering results, time and time again, fast.

Why Join Us

You'll be working across recognisable, multi-site brands in hotels, property and hospitality, with real ownership over how influencer marketing is done for them, not just executing someone else's plan. We're also growing fast in place-making and tourism, where influencer engagement plays a huge role in putting destinations and locations on the map. This is genuinely exciting territory if you love travel, culture and place as much as brand. Things move quickly here, campaigns turn around fast and no two weeks look the same. We're a small, close-knit team, so your work is visible and your ideas genuinely shape how campaigns come together. Progression here isn't vague, we monitor development and review the team regularly, so growth is a real, ongoing conversation.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Influencer & Campaigns Executive to lead our influencer engagement offering and support integrated campaign delivery across the agency. You'll live and breathe the influencer landscape, spotting the right talent, building relationships that last and turning campaign concepts into activity that actually lands, on time and on brief. You're the kind of person who's always plugged in: reading the news, across the latest social trends, first to know the places everyone will be talking about next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
