If you live on TikTok and Instagram, know how to turn a values-led brand into content people stop scrolling for, and want to help build something from the very first post

What You'll Do

  • Content creation: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousels)
  • On-camera presence: Be comfortable appearing in content yourself, talking-head videos, get-ready-with-me style content, try-on hauls, studio/behind-the-scenes footage
  • Trend fluency: Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, formats, and viral mechanics, and adapt them quickly to fit our brand voice and product
  • Influencer outreach: Identify UK-based yoga, wellness, sustainability, and lifestyle influencers who fit our brand
  • Press/gifting packages: Coordinate and send PR/gifting packages to influencers, and manage follow-up communications
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain a pipeline of influencer contacts, track outreach and responses, and manage ongoing collaborations
  • Performance tracking: Monitor content performance and influencer campaign results, and report learnings back to the founder
  • Brand voice: Ensure all content reflects the brand's identity as an authentic, sustainability-led, India-rooted yoga wear label entering the UK market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
