The Opportunity
Are you a strategic social expert who can lead high-impact creator strategies and build industry-defining influencer campaigns? Open Partners is looking for an Influencer & Creator Associate Partner to drive and grow the creator proposition for our clients. Working at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce, you will sit within our Social & Influencer team and collaborate closely with creative, paid media, PR, and client leads to deliver integrated, performance-led work. You will own the end-to-end management of creator campaigns across multiple platforms, scaling creator-first strategies that drive brand fame, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Lead the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns from initial strategy and sourcing through to approvals, content delivery, amplification, and reporting.
- Network & Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with creators and talent agents to maintain a high-quality, diverse, and relevant partner network.
- Commercial & Legal Management: Negotiate and manage creator contracts, budgets, licensing, usage rights, and approvals in collaboration with legal and client teams.
- Strategy & Pitching: Develop and pitch creator-first content strategies that align with client goals, brand tone, and campaign objectives.
- Audience-Led Talent Selection: Identify the right creators based on audience insights, cultural alignment, and performance history across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Cross-Functional Amplification: Collaborate with paid social and creative teams to integrate creator content into paid amplification strategies for performance-driven outcomes.
- Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay on top of platform trends, internet culture, and viral moments to proactively surface creative opportunities and talent recommendations.
- Framework Development: Work with the Social & Influencer Partner to develop scalable creator-led campaign frameworks and reusable models across clients.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Analyse campaign metrics across engagement, reach, conversions, and sentiment to inform future talent selection and creative iteration.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
- Trusted Partnerships: You have built trusted client and talent relationships, establishing yourself as a knowledgeable leader in creator culture and influencer strategy.
- Centralised Operations: You have created scalable, consistent campaign frameworks and operational systems across the Social & Influencer team.
- Co-Intelligent Output: You deliver performance-led, culturally relevant campaigns that seamlessly integrate creator content across paid media, PR, and creative disciplines.
- Scalable Delivery: You have established efficient end-to-end workflows that manage content calendars, briefs, and brand safety guidelines seamlessly.
What You’ll Bring
- Influencer Marketing Expertise: 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator management, preferably within an agency or creative-led environment.
- Commercial & Legal Acuity: Strong working knowledge of creator contracts, licensing, usage rights, ASA/CAP compliance, and budget management.
- Cultural Immersion: Deep immersion in internet and creator culture, with a natural instinct for spotting emerging trends, formats, and talent.
- Integrated Thinking: Experience using data and audience insights to select talent, combined with the ability to collaborate across PR, social, paid media, and creative teams.
- Persuasive Communication: Confident, articulate presentation skills to pitch creator strategies to clients and give constructive creative feedback to creators.
- Platform & CX Tool Knowledge: Experience with influencer platforms (such as Tagger or CreatorIQ) and social listening or CX tools (such as Sprout, Sprinklr, or Brandwatch) is desirable.
