Influencer & Creator Marketing Specialist
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus
Location: London – Hybrid 3 days
Our client is a globally recognised travel brand with over 50 years of heritage, specialising in curated group travel experiences for younger travellers.
Following a major brand and product transformation, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with significant investment being made into its DTC marketing strategy. They are looking for a commercially minded Influencer & Creator Marketing Specialist to help build creator marketing into a major customer acquisition and revenue-driving channel.
This is not a traditional influencer role focused primarily on reach, engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll work hands-on across creator sourcing, outreach, partnerships, and campaigns, while using revenue, bookings, conversions, CPA, and ROI to understand what’s working and where to scale investment.
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you’ll have genuine ownership across the creator programme – identifying and recruiting creators, managing partnerships end-to-end, developing campaigns and commercial models, analysing performance, and helping determine which creators, content, and approaches should be scaled.
The Opportunity
- Help build influencer and creator marketing into a significant revenue and customer acquisition channel
- Take genuine hands-on ownership rather than simply coordinating campaigns
- Source, recruit, and develop relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Build and scale an always-on creator programme rather than relying solely on one-off campaigns
- Test different creators, content formats, and commercial models to understand what drives bookings and revenue
- Use performance data to identify successful creators and increase investment behind what’s working
- Work closely with Paid Media to amplify high-performing creator content
- Explore UGC, paid amplification, whitelisting, and other creator-led acquisition opportunities
- Collaborate across Social, Brand, Paid Media, and wider commercial teams
- Join a globally recognised travel brand during a major period of growth and transformation
- Have significant opportunity to shape how the creator channel develops and scales

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
