Influencer Executive | Publicis Groupe

Publicis Groupe is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Influencer Executive to join their growing London team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for social media, creator culture, and influencer marketing to work on exciting campaigns for leading brands, supporting the development and delivery of influencer activity from strategy through to execution.

The Role

As an Influencer Executive, you will play a key role in supporting influencer campaigns, helping to identify the right creators, manage campaign activity, and build strong relationships with influencers, talent partners, and internal teams.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and creative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your influencer marketing skills, work with experienced teams, and gain exposure to a variety of clients and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Research and identify relevant creators and influencers aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content approvals, and key deliverables.
  • Support reporting and analysis to measure campaign performance and impact.
  • Stay up to date with social trends, emerging platforms, and creator culture.
  • Work closely with internal teams including account management, creative, social, and strategy.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within agreed budgets.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience within influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for creators, online communities, and social trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
