INFLUENCER EXECUTIVE – D2C WELLNESS BRAND (German Market)
A fast-scaling, science-backed wellness brand is expanding into Germany, and is looking for a commercially-minded Influencer Executive to build and own its influencer and affiliate programme in this brand-new market. This is a genuine market-ownership opportunity: you'll be UK-based, but you'll need to know the German creator landscape better than anyone else in the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of paid influencer and affiliate campaigns across Germany, from briefing through to reporting
- Build and manage a pipeline of German micro and macro influencers aligned to brand tone and performance goals
- Secure whitelisting/usage rights and work with the creative team to get boosted content scale-ready and FTC/compliance-appropriate
- Lead negotiations, contracting, content approvals, and performance tracking for creator partnerships
- Set up tracking links, discount codes, and reporting frameworks, and share performance insights and recaps
- Identify emerging German creator talent ahead of the curve, liaising directly with creators, managers, and agencies

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
