Influencer & Gifting Coordinator
Based: Central London office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Head of Brand
Works with: Content Creator, Senior Creative Content Producer, warehouse
Salary Scale: £30k–£36k
You will run every Naked Wolfe gifting and influencer activation, from the first DM to the final post. You'll know who's rising before everyone else does and keep our best creators close.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run all influencer gifting and seeding, in line with launches and campaigns
- Manage the ShopMy and LTK programmes: creator onboarding, collections, commission rates, links and payouts
- Build and maintain a creator roster, from established names to fast-rising talent, in the UK and key markets
- Handle outreach, briefs, shipping, follow-ups and content approvals
- Coordinate influencer invites and moments at IRL activations and events
- Track every send and post: content captured, reach, clicks, sales and cost per result
- Manage the gifting stock budget and sample inventory with the warehouse
- Report monthly on what worked and who to invest in
- Build custom gifting packaging and activations.
- Run all IRL events with influencers and community.
- Negotiate and contract paid creator partnerships, including usage rights for ads
- Feed top creator content back to paid social as whitelisted or Spark ads
- Run a VIP or ambassador programme for your strongest creators
- Coordinate celebrity and stylist pulls, if not covered by PR

About you
- 1–3 years in influencer marketing, PR or gifting, ideally fashion, footwear or beauty
- Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK (essential)
- Deep knowledge of the current fashion creator landscape across Instagram and TikTok
- Highly organised, with strong tracking and spreadsheet habits
- Warm, persuasive communicator who builds real relationships
