Influencer Manager | Fully Remote | £55,000–£65,000 DOE

We're partnering with a fast-growing health and wellness brand that's disrupting personalised nutrition. Having scaled rapidly since launch, they're now investing significantly in influencer marketing as a core growth lever = and are looking for an Influencer Manager to take ownership of execution and drive real, measurable performance.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an influencer specialist who thrives working autonomously, loves a performance-driven remit, and wants to be part of a business scaling at real pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of executing the UK influencer strategy across all major platforms
  • Manage a significant UK influencer budget, scaling from six figures monthly towards £1M+
  • Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with a strong pipeline of relevant creators
  • Track and report on campaign performance against clear conversion and ROI-based KPIs
  • Work closely with the fractional Head of Influencer, who'll provide oversight and support while you drive day-to-day execution
  • Continuously optimise activity based on performance data rather than reach/awareness metrics

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
