About Sweatcoin
At Sweatcoin, we're on a mission to make the world more active - healthier and wealthier along the way. As the leading app that turns steps into rewards, we've inspired 200M+ downloads and helped users walk over 23 trillion steps.
Influencer-Driven Growth
Influencer-driven growth is one of our most powerful acquisition channels - and we're just getting started. We're looking for someone to build, scale, and own it.
This is primarily a Business Development role - not a brand management one. You'll be designing systems, sourcing new channels, and driving the kind of growth that compounds. Your goal is clear: double the number of users we acquire through influencers within 6 months.
What You'll Do
Strategic Development (60%)
- Design and execute monthly influencer acquisition campaigns targeting specific verticals (health & fitness, gaming, lifestyle, finance, and more)
- Build professional influencer sourcing processes beyond the Sweatcoin app, leveraging external platforms, direct outreach, and your own creative approaches
- Explore and test new acquisition channels: AI-driven solutions, third-party affiliate programs, virtual influencers
- Develop compelling lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers at scale
- Analyze market opportunities and build data-driven business cases for the new initiatives

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
