The PITCH
The Manager of CAIT (Creators, Affiliates, Influencers, & Talent) helps contribute to the EMEA CAIT team (priority markets UK & DE), reporting in to the VP of CAIT EMEA.
This role is a culturally connected influencer marketing expert or creator, who goes from the initial brainstorm through to external CAIT profile engagement resulting in the production of the final assets. Ensuring the department’s output is cast for relevance, directed for quality, and optimised for views, working hand in hand with the CAIT leadership team and our Creative department.
You will project manage the strategy and operations for sourcing diverse makers and talent to fuel our clients’ brand channels and beyond. You will bridge the gap between the CAIT team and the cross-functional team, ensuring that our external CAIT network is integrated directly into the AIM (Analyze, Ideate, Make) and PAC (Platforms, Algorithms, Culture) workflows to drive Production Excellence.
Managing specific key accounts - driving efficiencies and proactive problem solving to deliver productions that joins the dots between cultural signals and relevance across SMA’S, CAIT, Production, Live Shopping, Experiential + incremental ideas.
Here’s where you come in…
- Collaboration: work with internal teams across Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership to manage CAIT-led campaigns. You will translate brand concepts into casting strategies (diversity, volume, authenticity), ensuring we use CAIT profiles and partners to solve briefs and create campaigns
- Campaign management: pitch CAIT-led concepts in sync with Creative to drive business results, moving the CAIT team from an "order taker" to a strategic partner, internally & externally.
- Quality Control: Apply the standards for Excellence. Ensuring delivered assets are creatively effective and commercially safe.
- Team player: contribute to the success and energy of our CAIT team. Work autonomously when needed, and lean in when things are busy - thinking laterally and behaving conscientiously.
- Pipeline Management: Contribute to the operations of the CAIT pillars. Handling execution, the systems regarding contract negotiations, payment processing, and project timelines to ensure speed and compliance.
- Margin & Efficiency: Monitor the financial health of CAIT projects. Optimise workflows to reduce rounds of revisions and ensure we are delivering high-volume assets at a margin that works for the business.
