This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager based in United Kingdom.

As an Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager, you’ll help shape creator and talent strategies for major brands across Germany and wider European markets.

You’ll take campaigns from the initial creative idea through talent sourcing, engagement, production, and delivery of high-quality assets.

Working at the intersection of creators, culture, social media, strategy, and creative production, you’ll turn brand briefs into relevant and authentic campaigns.

You’ll manage key accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect cultural signals with impactful content and business results.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management, requiring strong creative judgment alongside operational and commercial discipline.

You’ll help evolve creator marketing from an executional service into a strategic growth partner for clients and their brands.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where experimentation, collaboration, inclusivity, and creative excellence are highly valued.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, Creative, and other internal teams to develop and deliver creator- and talent-led campaigns.
  • Translate brand concepts and campaign briefs into effective casting strategies, considering diversity, volume, authenticity, relevance, and campaign objectives.
  • Manage campaigns from initial brainstorming and talent sourcing through external creator engagement, production, and final asset delivery.
  • Develop and present creator-led campaign concepts that support client objectives and demonstrate the commercial value of influencer and talent partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant creators, influencers, talent, and external partners to support a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Ensure creator content meets established standards for creative excellence, brand relevance, quality, and commercial safety.
  • Manage campaign operations, including contracts, negotiations, payment processes, project timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, margins, and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce unnecessary production revisions.
  • Manage specific key accounts and proactively identify solutions to challenges affecting campaign delivery, efficiency, or quality.
  • Connect creator activity with wider social media, production, live shopping, experiential, and other integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of creator operations, systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Work autonomously when required while actively supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
