Role: Influencer Manager – UK
Reporting to: Head of Performance Partnerships

As Influencer Manager – UK, you’ll:
- Manage the UK Influencer Programme, focusing on onboarding, building, and maintaining relationships with key influencers (athletes, fitness experts, nutritionists, and podcast hosts).
- Drive commercial performance through the influencer channel, contributing to the ongoing growth of the Myprotein brand in the UK market.
- Develop and execute influencer recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Senior Influencer Manager.
- Oversee end-to-end relationship management with influencers, from outreach and contract negotiation to KPI setting and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (social, marketing, product) to ensure successful influencer campaign activations.
- Build strong external agency relationships in the UK to identify and onboard new talent.
- Mentor junior influencer team members, supporting their professional development and growth.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- 3+ years’ experience in relationship management or marketing roles requiring strong external communication skills.
- A passion for the fitness, nutrition, athleisure, and health industries.
- Deep understanding of how influencers can build brand awareness, drive affinity, and deliver commercial value.
- Knowledge of current and emerging social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with proven ability to run successful campaigns.
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, set KPIs, and evaluate performance effectively.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers and partners.
