Influencer Manager | Leo Burnett
We’re growing - fast. As our clients lean further into social, creators and culture, influencer is becoming an increasingly important part of how brands connect with people. We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to help us make that work brilliant - culturally relevant, creatively ambitious and genuinely native to the platforms and communities we’re speaking to.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the creator landscape inside out, has strong creative judgement and loves turning a great idea into work that people actually want to engage with.
What you’ll be doing...
- Own the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, from the initial idea through to go-live and reporting
- Identify and build relationships with the right creators, balancing reach, relevance, audience and creative fit
- Lead creator and agent outreach, negotiations, briefing and day-to-day relationship management
- Work closely with creative, strategy and social teams to shape ideas and make sure they work naturally within the creator space
- Stay close to platform trends, creator behaviour and internet culture, bringing fresh thinking and opportunities into campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement, using insights to understand what worked and help shape future activity
- Manage the detail behind campaigns, including budgets, timelines, contracts, usage rights and finance tracking
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse network of creators and talent that we can tap into across future campaigns

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
