Now we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to help power our creator partnerships and content pipeline, someone who is organised, relationship-driven, and knows how to turn great creators into great content.

This role is based at our HQ in Nine Elms, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays worked from home.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll work closely with the wider marketing team. In your role as Influencer Marketing Assistant, you will be expected to perform the following key duties:
Creator Outreach & Partnerships
- Manage outreach to identify and connect with suitable creators for the brand.
- Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with creators, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Wonderskin brand and tone.
- Assist with influencer and partnership coordination across campaigns and always-on activity.
UGC Sourcing & Content Pipeline
- Source UGC (User Generated Content) from creators and the wider community.
- Manage the flow of incoming content, keeping an organised pipeline from brief through to delivery.
- Ensure a steady, reliable stream of content that supports campaigns, launches, and brand priorities.

Quality Control
- Conduct a first review of all incoming content, checking it against the brief and Wonderskin's standards for quality, tone, and brand alignment. All content must be approved by the Head of Partnerships before final use.
- Manage feedback and revisions with creators, then submit the final version to the Head of Partnerships for sign-off.
- Support brand consistency across all creator-generated content.
Product Send-Outs & Seeding
- Organise product send-outs to content creators and PR lists, ensuring the right products reach the right people at the right time.
- Keep accurate records of who has received what, and follow up to maximise content return.
What You Will Bring
- 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or a similar marketing role (beauty/lifestyle highly preferred).
- Eager to learn and grow — this is an ideal role for someone early in their career looking to build a future in influencer marketing.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence reaching out to and working with creators.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to write clear, engaging content briefs.
- A sharp eye for content quality and a strong sense of brand tone and visual identity.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple creators, send-outs, and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable managing logistics, stock, and admin with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and quick-moving when deadlines are tight.
