About the Role

You'll manage a portfolio of 4-6 client accounts as the primary point of contact while leading a pod of community executives. You'll own client relationships, campaign results, commercial performance and the development of your team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client calls and communications as the face of Augmentum Media for your accounts.
  • Own timelines and deliverables across live influencer campaigns.
  • Track campaign KPIs and report on ROI.
  • Identify risks and escalate them to senior management early.
  • Coach community executives through active campaign work and improve their performance.
  • Drive client retention, upselling and account growth.
  • Maintain strong standards across client relationships and campaign delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of brand-side or agency-side experience, ideally across both.
  • Practical understanding of campaigns, creators and client expectations.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Commercial focus across retention, upselling and account growth.
  • Natural leadership ability and a track record of improving the people around you.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure and committed to high-quality work.
