About Us

Into Games is the social mobility charity for the games industry, working to help young people and career seekers from working class backgrounds learn about and build careers in games. Our work covers the entire UK, from the moment someone finds out about a career in games, through to landing their first job. We’ve helped tens of thousands of young people learn more about games careers, and hundreds find meaningful paid work.

About Slow Game Club

Slow Game Club is the premium subscription club for indie games, where every penny raised goes to charity. Every month for a year, get access to a critically acclaimed indie game, a community to discuss and review the game with, and a live podcast with the developers of every title.

We work with some of the most acclaimed publishers and studios across the globe, including Panic (Thank Goodness You’re Here!, Big Walk, Untitled Goose Game), Annapurna Interactive (Stray, Wanderstop, Mixtape), and Akupara Games (Cabernet, Sorry We’re Closed).

Overview

Help the premium book club for indie games that raises every penny for charity get into the hands of content creators across the globe.

We are looking for a highly organised and passionate Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our growing creator ecosystem.

This role goes beyond simple influencer research. You will play a key role in identifying promising creators, maintaining the quality of our creator network, supporting campaign execution, and helping us build long-term relationships with creators worldwide. You’ll do all of this as part of an innovative indie game subscription club that raises money for a national charity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
