About the Role

Bloch is rapidly growing its dance influencer/artist marketing programme across the US, UK, and EU, and we're looking for an organised, proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

This is a newly created junior role, ideal for someone with some hands-on experience in influencer or talent coordination who's looking to grow their career within a fast-scaling global dancewear brand.

You'll support the coordination and communications across Bloch's Dance influencer and artist partners, playing a key role in keeping our partnerships running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communications with all of our dance influencer/artist partners across the US, UK, and EU
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks related to partner onboarding, quarterly product allowances, and campaign gifting activity
  • Support the social/content and local marketing teams in engaging specific influencers and artists to create talent-led content for key launches, campaigns, and brand activations
  • Coordinate influencer and artist involvement in events, appearances, and brand activations, working closely with local marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Track and report all influencer/artist activity, deliverables, and performance against agreed contracted requirements
  • Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential new influencer and artist partners, ideally those already wearing Bloch or who could be converted to the brand, working closely with our social/content marketing executives in each market, our Professional fittings team, our store teams, and beyond
  • Carry out social listening using our existing software platforms to track brand mentions and sentiment, and identify emerging talent within the dance community
  • Support the Head of Marketing with the contracting process for all partners, coordinating signatures, filing, and managing contract timelines to flag any upcoming termination dates
  • Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring a positive and highly professional experience working with Bloch

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
