Influencer Marketing Executive

Your Impact

As Influencer Marketing Executive at Frive, you will build and scale a thriving community of influencers who drive new customer sign-ups to Frive through DTC, and, as a secondary channel, feed our TikTok Shop programme.

Although reporting into the Head of Brand, you won’t just see influencers as a pure Brand channel – you’ll balance close, long-term creator relationships with sharp commercial thinking, owning the numbers behind the programme (CPA, incentive structure, commission rates and kickback costs) as closely as you own the relationships themselves.

You’ll work closely with our influencer agency, supercharging the strong work already underway, and working across Brand and Growth to make sure every partnership is optimised, every piece of content earns its place, and every pound spent drives a return.

You’ll be primarily responsible for accelerating Frive’s in-house Influencer Affiliate programme, scaling the volume of influencers into the 1000s, whilst retaining quality output and proving the ROI it can deliver.

You’ll be relentlessly organised and target-driven, coordinating the day-to-day operations behind the programme, from weekly meal orders and codes to reporting - while never losing sight of the bigger commercial picture.

About You

  • Highly commercial – you think in terms of CAC, incentive structures and commission rates, not just reach and engagement. You'll also understand how influencer insights drive recruitment decisions, backed by a solid grasp of CPM and CPC benchmarks.
  • Community builder – you love developing genuine, long-term relationships with creators, partners and agencies.
  • Data-driven – you use performance data to decide which influencers to scale, rotate or retire.
  • An eye for great content – you know what excellent, high-quality, on-brand influencer content looks like, and how to get the best out of every creator.
  • Highly organised – you’ve proven you can run a high-volume programme (influencers, codes, meal orders, briefs, payments) successfully.
  • Target-driven – you set clear goals and hold yourself, the agency and your partners accountable to them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
