About the role

We're looking for a creative, organised and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join the LINZI PR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in fashion, PR, social media and creator marketing to help grow one of the UK's leading footwear brands. You'll be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with influencers, managing gifting campaigns from start to finish, and ensuring LINZI products are consistently seen by the right creators.

If you're always discovering new talent, understand what makes content perform, and enjoy working in a fast-paced fashion environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Influencer & creator management

  • Source, research and recruit influencers and content creators who align with the LINZI brand.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, agents and talent managers.
  • Manage all influencer gifting, from product selection through to delivery and content follow-up.
  • Negotiate content deliverables where required and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
  • Keep influencer and content databases organised and up to date.

Campaign management

  • Plan and execute influencer gifting campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms.
  • Create clear, engaging campaign briefs that communicate key messaging and content objectives.
  • Ensure all influencer content reflects the LINZI brand, current marketing priorities and seasonal campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise campaign reach through creator partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
