Influencer Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a high-performing, ambitious Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale InvestEngine’s creator, influencer, and ambassador programme. This role will own the strategy, relationships, campaign execution, and performance reporting needed to make influencer marketing a meaningful acquisition and brand-growth channel.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgment with excellent relationship-building skills, understands regulated financial services marketing, and can turn creator partnerships into measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the influencer marketing strategy across priority audiences, products, and campaigns.
  • Build a pipeline of relevant creators, finance educators, content partners, affiliates, and ambassadors.
  • Negotiate, manage, and maintain high-quality influencer partnerships.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns from brief through launch, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Content, Compliance, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are effective, on-brand, and compliant.
  • Develop clear briefs, messaging guidance, tracking links, disclosure requirements, and approval workflows.
  • Monitor creator content quality, audience fit, commercial performance, and brand-safety risks.
  • Own influencer performance reporting, including reach, engagement, CPA, funded accounts, AUA contribution, and learnings.
  • Test new formats, creator segments, partnership models, and incentives.
  • Build repeatable processes for sourcing, outreach, onboarding, campaign management, measurement, and renewals.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
