PR & Influencer Lead | £40k-£50k | Manchester based (Onsite mainly)

We're working with a fast-growing, contemporary fashion brand on a brand new PR & Influencer Lead role — and it's a brilliant one.

This brand is all about considered, wardrobe-essential pieces that make you feel confident — think elevated design, premium quality, and a strong sense of community over trend-chasing. They're scaling fast, and PR/influencer/events have been merged into one senior role reporting straight into the Head of Brand Marketing. Loads of scope, loads of trust, and a real seat at the table.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the influencer strategy end-to-end — outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution and reporting, tracking performance.
  • Building genuine relationships with creators, talent, agencies and tastemakers across fashion, lifestyle and culture.
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with their PR agency, plus building your own journalist and editor contacts.
  • Planning and delivering standout events — social, internal, and Christmas — all beautifully on-brand.
  • Managing the annual events budget alongside the Head of Brand Marketing.
  • Line managing a PR & Marketing Assistant, with genuine scope for the team (and your remit) to grow.
  • Shaping influencer strategy for 2027 — this is a blank page, not a "keep the lights on" role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who they want:

  • A senior, confident PR/Influencer operator who can be the most experienced person in the room and run things solo when needed.
  • Someone who's worked for a brand with real brand DNA — not solely a fast-fashion background. They care deeply about how you present, and want someone who's used to keeping every touchpoint on-brand.
  • A strong existing network across creators, media and agencies — happy to be down in London regularly meeting them.
  • Someone commercially minded — you know influencer marketing isn't just about awareness, it drives revenue too.
  • A safe pair of hands who's confident working closely with senior stakeholders/founders, and comfortable being hands-on as well as strategic.
