Influencer Marketing Manager
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow our influencer strategy across the APAC region. This role sits within our high-performing Influencer Marketing team, the growth engine behind our brands, and works closely with regional marketing and partnerships teams to deliver impactful creator campaigns across diverse markets.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement high impact influencer marketing strategies across APAC, driving brand awareness, engagement and sales
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple territories, ensuring activity aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results
- Define campaign KPIs and monitor performance, using data and insights to optimise strategy and maximise ROI
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies and key partners across the region
- Manage influencer budgets, negotiate contracts and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with local market teams to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant, locally resonant and aligned with regional objectives
- Stay ahead of regional social media trends, platform developments and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver influencer events, product launches and campaigns that support wider business goals
- Mentor and support team members, encouraging collaboration, development and high performance

Skills, knowledge & expertise
- Strong knowledge of the APAC influencer landscape, with experience working across key markets such as Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea or Southeast Asia
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful influencer marketing campaigns within beauty, wellness, lifestyle or consumer technology
- Strong understanding of regional consumer behaviour, cultural nuances and social media trends across APAC
- Experience managing campaign budgets and negotiating influencer partnerships to maximise ROI
- Ability to develop data-led influencer strategies that drive awareness, engagement and commercial performance
- Experience managing or mentoring others within a fast-paced marketing environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and translating insights into action
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different markets
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Video interview with the Influencer Marketing Lead
- Final interview at our Manchester office (including a short task)
