About us
Hi there đź‘‹ We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.
🚀 The Role
The Influencer Marketing team is the growth engine of Wild and works at the intersection of sales, influencer marketing and growth. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.
We are looking for a results-driven and business development-focused Influencer Marketing Manager (DACH). This role is predominantly a sales role, where your primary task will be to drive business growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with influencers, creators and celebrities across different social platforms.
This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your own initiatives in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organised and motivated to deliver exceptional sales results and help take Wild to the next stage of growth in the DACH market.
⚡️ What you'll do
- New business development: This role is at the intersection of sales and influencer marketing where your primary task is to discover and establish relationships with influencers, negotiate campaigns and drive website sales.
- Market knowledge: You will specifically be responsible for building influencer pipelines in the DACH market, and establishing new marketing channels to drive sales and ROI. You’ll be responsible for outreach, campaign planning and ensuring that quality content is always delivered from our talent partners.
- Channel Management: You will help to drive our creator marketing strategy and execution across various social channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Podcasts.
- Target driven: You will have ownership over budgets, and have ambitious revenue targets to work towards. You will be responsible for ensuring quality content is always delivered from our talent partners in a timely manner.
- Cross team collaboration: You will support other growth initiatives when necessary.
- Data: You’ll keep track of progress and results, and be confident in using data to understand how we can optimise our strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
