The role:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of influencer campaigns across a portfolio of lifestyle, entertainment, and gaming brands. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple campaigns, and delivering outstanding results. You will work closely with clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You will play an important role in bringing campaigns to life, identifying relevant creator opportunities, supporting client objectives, and contributing ideas that help brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing, stays up to date with social trends, and wants to grow their career within a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

Client & Relationship Management

  • Support day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts
  • Build positive working relationships with clients through reliable delivery and proactive communication
  • Keep clients updated on campaign progress, timelines, and performance
  • Respond promptly to client requests and help resolve challenges effectively

Campaign Management

  • Manage influencer campaigns from briefing through to reporting
  • Source and recommend creators aligned to campaign objectives and target audiences
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, approvals, and content reviews
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Work closely with internal teams including creative, paid media, and operations

Creator Management

  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers across relevant platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent managers
  • Negotiate deliverables and campaign requirements
  • Ensure creators understand campaign expectations and brand guidelines

Campaign Performance & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and objectives
  • Support the creation of campaign reports and post-campaign analysis
  • Monitor content performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Translate campaign results into clear and actionable insights

Trend Spotting & Ideation

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, creator trends, and cultural moments
  • Contribute fresh campaign ideas and creator recommendations
  • Support the team with influencer research and audience insights
  • Help identify emerging creators and opportunities for clients

Service Excellence

  • Deliver a high standard of client service across all campaigns
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and organisational excellence
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Approach challenges with a positive, solution-focused mindset

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a related field
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from planning through to reporting
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms and social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Passion for lifestyle, entertainment, games, and consumer brands
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) are a plus
