We're open to hiring at either Coordinator or Manager level, depending on the successful candidate's experience and skills. Whether you're an organised coordinator looking to develop your influencer marketing career or an experienced campaign manager ready to lead strategic campaigns, we'd love to hear from you. The successful candidate's title, responsibilities and salary will reflect their level of experience and expertise.
You'll work with globally recognised gaming brands, delivering creator campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and other platforms across Europe. You'll collaborate closely with creators, clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns from concept through to execution.
Applicants based outside the UK will be engaged as independent contractors.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for gaming and entertainment brands
- Research, source, and help onboard creators across the gaming and TCG communities
- Assist with creator outreach, communications, and relationship management
- Support campaign coordination from briefing through to content delivery
- Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign requirements and brand guidelines
- Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and project documentation
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Help prepare client updates, reports, and presentation materials
- Stay up to date with gaming, TCG, and creator trends across the EMEA region
- Build positive relationships with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at gaming, creator, and industry events across Europe and internationally

Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about gaming, Trading Card Games (TCGs) and creator culture
- Strong understanding of gaming communities and social media platforms
- Must be willing to travel internationally to several events
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting and performance insights
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to contribute to a growing team

Nice to have
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, community management or creator partnerships
- Experience working with creators, agencies or brands
- Client management or campaign leadership experience (particularly for Manager-level applicants)
- Knowledge of the gaming and TCG creator landscape across Europe
- German language skills
- Experience using TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and Discord
