Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Salary: Up to £38,000
Type: Permanent

Are you a creative, commercially minded Influencer Marketing Manager with a genuine passion for creators, culture and social media?

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join an ambitious and fast-paced team, leading influencer campaigns for exciting brands across the Hospitality, QSR and Food & Drink sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the creator landscape, knows what makes content resonate and can confidently take campaigns from initial strategy through to delivery and reporting.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering culturally relevant influencer strategies that connect brands with the right audiences and creators.

You’ll work across integrated campaigns, collaborating with PR, Social, Content and Experiential teams to ensure influencer activity is creative, strategically aligned and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Creative Development

  • Develop influencer strategies rooted in client objectives, audience insight and platform behaviour
  • Define KPIs and success measures to demonstrate campaign impact
  • Develop creative campaign ideas that integrate with wider PR, Social, Content and Experiential activity

End-to-End Campaign Management

  • Lead campaigns from creator sourcing and outreach through to contracting, briefing, approvals and delivery
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and cultural considerations
  • Manage timelines, workflows and communication across creators, clients and internal teams

Creator Management & Budgeting

  • Build strong relationships with creators, agents and talent managers
  • Identify and assess the right creator-brand fit
  • Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights and contracts confidently
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and cost control
  • Oversee creator deliverables, payments and billing

Insights & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign performance and produce insightful reports
  • Demonstrate ROI and identify key learnings
  • Make recommendations to optimise future influencer campaigns

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven influencer/creator marketing experience, preferably within Hospitality, QSR or Food & Drink
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, talent landscape and social platforms
  • Experience setting KPIs, managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance
  • Strong negotiation, contracting and relationship-management skills
  • Excellent understanding of creator-brand fit and cultural relevance
  • Experience delivering influencer campaigns as part of wider integrated marketing activity
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking
  • A proactive, culturally aware approach
  • The ability to work at pace while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
