Join our team in the UK (remote) as an Influencer Marketing Manager (gn) and play a crucial role in building relationships with athletes and social media influencers, developing creative campaigns, and driving engagement with our target audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with content creators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign performance to optimize future strategies. The position is permanent and is based remote with the option of office working in London.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision.
  • Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention.
  • Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future strategies.
  • Organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management, within the fitness or nutrition industry in the UK.
  • Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Fluency in English
