We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a dedicated team focused on managing brand-funded creator campaigns. This is a hands-on execution role where you will immediately contribute to the success of significant marketing initiatives. Your work will directly support the strategic goals of the team, allowing for greater control and quality in creator partnerships. What You’ll Do

  • Own brand-creator collaborations from brief to final report across multiple international markets.
  • Source and vet creators using established tools, matching them to specific brand briefs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content approvals, and go-live.
  • Coordinate paid social boosting efforts using platforms like Meta/Instagram with the dedicated Paid Social team.
  • Deliver comprehensive Brand Activation Reports post-campaign, detailing performance data and key learnings.
  • Maintain data integrity and tracking in essential tools such as Asana and Salesforce, adhering to team standards.
  • Follow established service level agreements (SLAs) for campaign timelines, ensuring timely execution.
  • Adhere strictly to brand safety, content compliance, and legal/contracting standards.
  • Participate actively in regular team sprints and status meetings.
  • Manage campaign overflow during peak periods, including major sales events, to reduce reliance on external agencies.
  • Run 5-8 concurrent campaigns at a steady state, starting with initial smaller-scale campaigns and progressing to more complex briefs.
  • Support pipeline preparation during quieter periods, including expanding creator pools, documenting standard operating procedures, and maintaining data hygiene.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience managing influencer or creator campaigns end-to-end (agency or in-house).
  • Comfortable negotiating fees and usage rights with creators and talent agencies.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing 5-8 concurrent campaigns with overlapping timelines.
  • Comfortable with data: proficient in reading performance reports, understanding engagement metrics, CTR, and ROAS basics.
  • Familiar with Instagram as a platform, including content formats, the creator ecosystem, and paid social basics.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a large-scale, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience with creator management platforms or affiliate programs.
  • Understanding of vendor-funded marketing models.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social boosting.
  • Multilingual abilities (Italian, Spanish, French, or German) are a plus.
