JOB TITLE: INFLUENCER & PAID MEDIA MANAGER
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF INFLUENCER & PARTNERSHIPS
LOCATION: LONDON, KINGS ROAD, CHELSEA
Overview
CGC is a global brand building communications agency, spanning brand communications, Influencer marketing and talent representation. CGC represents the leading power brands within the beauty industry. CGC has offices in London and New York.
CGC London is looking for a dynamic Influencer & Paid Media Manager. Working closely with our senior team, the role will need to bring influencer campaigns and paid media expertise, cultivating key organisation skills, influencer knowledge and paid media experience to maximise performance for clients within the CGC Performance division. Collaborating with CGC’s partner ad agency, the role will require a candidate who is familiar with platform optimisation to ensure best in class results across all campaigns.
Responsibilities
Influencer Campaign Management
- Ideate, develop and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across relevant platforms to drive brand equity, awareness, engagement and sales. From casting and creative to negotiating, briefing, contracting, delivery and sharing insightful post-campaign analysis.
- Advise clients on the best strategy and allocation of budget to align with their objectives, providing best in class campaign results.
- Oversee UGC micro/nano talent database, managing both seeding and paid strategy for clients.
- Oversee casting lists for relevant influencer seeding projects, ensuring bespoke approach to all lists and considering target audience, emerging talent, engagement and paid amplification where relevant.
- Lead client meetings, creative brainstorming, and delivery of clear status updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Own KPIs throughout the campaign including organic and paid performance tracking, sharing live insight led recommendations.
- Support of the Director in mentoring junior team members, building the CGC Performance, and upholding agency reputation.

Paid Media Strategy
- Advise and execute paid media strategy to maximise results, visibility, engagement, and conversion in collaboration with CGC’s partner ad agency.
- Uphold a strong understanding of optimising campaigns via data and analytics to continually improve performance. Work closely with partner ad agency to monitor and adjust campaigns to maximise impact.
- Ensure paid media strategies are delivered within an allocated budget and brand/launch timeline.
- Analyse paid media campaign performance using relevant tools and tracking platforms, helping to shape future strategies in the ever changing social landscape.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 5+ years of experience working in influencer partnerships / paid media.
- Ambitious, energetic, self-starter.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse results and performance.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Experience working with and managing relationships with media agencies, with knowledge of paid media and platform optimisation preferred.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can adapt to different client objectives and needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign proposals and results to clients.
- Creative and proactive, can-do attitude, team player.
- Good working knowledge and interest in social media and influencers.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness and lifestyle landscape preferred.
- The ability to work to and set clear KPIs.
- The ability to manage client budgets.
- Proficiency in some of the following preferred: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Creator Marketplace, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Creator IQ
