One of our Influencer Agencies is looking for an Influencer Partnership Executive to join their expanding team.

The role

You'll report to our Sr. Influencer Campaign Manager, running the day-to-day that makes campaigns actually happen. This is not an entry-level role: we need someone who has run performance-driven campaigns before and can do it at volume. You’ll own five things:

  • Discovery and outreach. You find the right creators, build the shortlists, and get replies. Your pipeline is always full and always moving.
  • Negotiation. You negotiate rates with creators and talent managers, and you know what good value looks like at every tier.
  • Briefing. You know how to write a killer brief that leaves creators feeling inspired and clearly guided, without being scripted.
  • Delivery. You chase content, keep every creator on schedule, and make sure posts go live when they're supposed to. Your relationships are at the heart of your success.
  • Reporting. You pull the metrics, keep trackers up to date, and report performance accurately and on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Day to day, that looks like managing dozens of creator conversations at once, keeping outreach, negotiations and live posts moving in parallel, and knowing the exact status of every creator in the campaign without checking.

Who we're looking for

  • You've done this before. You have real experience running influencer outreach, negotiation and delivery, and it shows in how you work
  • You're comfortable at scale. Dozens of live conversations and deadlines at once doesn't rattle you
  • You're a self-starter who functions well independently. You see what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be told
  • You're relentlessly organised. Trackers are current, follow-ups happen, and nothing goes live late on your watch
  • You're a strong communicator. Creators enjoy working with you, and they still deliver on time because you make sure of it
  • You're comfortable with the numbers. Pulling metrics and reporting performance accurately is part of the job, not an afterthought
