Influencer & Partnership Specialist
We are looking for an Influencer & Partnership Specialist to join an international product IT company operating in the gaming, sports, entertainment and iGaming space.
You will be responsible for managing existing brand ambassadors, developing new strategic partnerships, and running influencer campaigns with micro- and mid-sized creators. The role combines relationship management, influencer marketing, negotiations and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassador Management
- Manage relationships with existing brand ambassadors: maintain regular communication, resolve operational issues and ensure a positive partner experience
- Monitor contract execution, including content schedules, shoots, creative approvals and image usage rights
- Identify and attract new brand ambassadors and high-value strategic partners
- Organize special projects with ambassadors, including joint campaigns, exclusive promotions, events and content productions

Influencer Marketing
- Research, evaluate and onboard micro- and mid-sized influencers across social media platforms
- Prepare briefs and creative guidelines for influencers and manage deadlines and content quality
- Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as Reach, CPV, CPA, CPL and ROI
- Optimize influencer budgets based on campaign performance and results
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, or working with VIP clients / ambassadors
- UK, Scotland or Ireland location preferred
- Strong understanding of pop culture, media, sports and current trends in the local market
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with celebrities, influencers and their agents while protecting the company’s interests
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CPL and ROI and the ability to work with campaign data
- Fluent / Native English
