Moasure is looking for an experienced Influencer Partnerships Lead to grow our global influencer programme.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing authority voices across our core industries, managing the influencer pipeline, negotiating partnerships and building strong long-term relationships that increase Moasure’s reach and awareness globally.
We already have an established influencer programme and are looking for someone with the experience to scale it across our international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute our global creator strategy across our core industries and international markets
- Proactively identify credible industry voices whose audience, expertise, reach and credibility align with Moasure and our target customers

- Lead negotiations covering fees, deliverables, usage rights and longer-term agreements to secure strong value for Moasure
- Significantly grow the number of relevant and active creators working with Moasure across our core industries
- Build strong, long-term relationships with leading voices in each sector and develop successful partners into ongoing Moasure advocates
- Manage partnership spend within the agreed budget, tracking investment and recommending where we should increase, reduce or redirect spend
- Track and report on creators, reach, engagement, spend, pipeline performance and creator coverage across industries and markets
- Use performance data and market insight to identify what’s working, what isn’t and where the next opportunities for growth exist
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to maximise the reach, impact and reuse of influencer content across our channels

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
