Cult Mia

Cult Mia is building the leading online luxury fashion marketplace of tomorrow. We stand out by curating the most unique, values-driven collections that shoppers won’t find anywhere else. By constantly scouting the globe, we connect our community with the freshest independent fashion talent. To date, we've onboarded over 400 brands from 42 countries, offering products across 17 categories. Our approach to sustainability, developed alongside Positive Luxury, is tied to supporting the brands that align with at least one of our four key values.

Named the fastest-growing fashion company in the UK for the second year in a row, Cult Mia is entering an exciting scale-up phase following a successful investment round. With ambitious growth plans over the next three to five years, we’re expanding our marketing team to help take the brand to the next level. Our focus is on accelerating traction in our two leading markets - the US and the Middle East - and building global brand awareness that matches the strength and uniqueness of our product offering. We're looking for sharp, creative marketing minds who are excited to drive forward one of the most dynamic brands in fashion today.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for an entrepreneurial, commercial-minded, culturally fluent luxury marketer who can build a meaningful presence in the US and GCC markets for Cult Mia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with influencers, KOLs, stylists, and B2B partners to deliver long-term value.

This is not a traditional Influencer Manager role. We are looking for someone who lives and understands what and who influences our customers, can build meaningful relationships that result in commercial impact for the business, and will be entrepreneurial about building the Cult Mia brand via partners in our key growth markets. You will operate with significant autonomy and trust, collaborating closely with Cult Mia’s E-commerce and Marketing teams, whilst supporting wider Marketing initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
