Role Overview
The Influencer Partnerships Manager (Talent & Influencers) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Global Influencer strategies, programs, and campaigns for the PlayStation brand and its portfolio of products and services.
This position assists in identifying, engaging, and coordinating partnerships with influencers, creators, and talent across gaming and broader entertainment & culture. Working under minimal supervision, the Specialist contributes to initiatives that enhance PlayStation’s visibility, relevance, and engagement, collaborating cross-functionally to help achieve brand and community goals.
What you’ll be doing
Strategy Support
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and influencer programming that advance PlayStation’s global marketing objectives.
- Gather and analyze campaign data to identify insights and improvement opportunities for influencer and talent engagement.
- Support cross-functional teams to align influencer activities with brand campaigns and key initiatives such as global events and product launches.
- Ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging across influencer activations and communication channels.
Planning & Execution
- Assist in the coordination and execution of influencer and creator campaigns to support global marketing priorities across the PlayStation brand, hardware, and software.
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing regular reporting on program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with agency and vendor partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time, within budget, and according to established guidelines.
- Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and communication workflows for assigned campaigns.

Local Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide coordination support between Global and local influencer initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional plans and activities.
- Assist in reviewing local influencer proposals, collecting data on performance, and maintaining KPIs and benchmarks.
- Work closely with internal partners (e.g., Masterbrand, Games Marketing, Creative Services, PR, Communications, and Paid Media) to support integrated influencer programs.
- Support the procurement and management of influencer talent for events, activations, and content opportunities.
Influencer, Creator & Talent Management
- Help maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and their representatives to support ongoing collaboration opportunities.
- Assist in developing influencer briefs, creative content outlines, and social media copy aligned with campaign objectives.
- Support contracting and coordination of influencer deliverables, rights management, and scheduling.
- Provide logistical and onsite support during talent appearances or activations as needed.
Influencer Operations
- Support the global code seeding program by assisting with list management, shipment coordination, and performance tracking.
- Help manage product inventory and requests for influencer programs, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and team asset libraries.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and campaign templates for internal and external use.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Outlook, and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and content creation processes.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and build collaborative internal/external relationships.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism when managing confidential or time-sensitive information.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields (gaming, entertainment, or agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital content, social platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
- Experience supporting or coordinating marketing campaigns involving influencers or creators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
