Influencer & Social Lead
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + meaningful equity
Location: London – Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing consumer fintech apps, helping homeowners take control of their biggest financial commitment and pay off their mortgages faster through a combination of everyday shopping, automated saving and smarter mortgage management.
Following significant growth, investment and national exposure, the business is entering its next stage of scale and is now looking for an Influencer & Social Lead to take ownership of two increasingly important growth channels: its influencer & affiliate programme and organic social presence.
This is not a traditional influencer role focused on one-off brand campaigns or celebrity talent. You’ll be responsible for developing an existing creator network into a high-volume, commercially accountable acquisition channel, while simultaneously owning organic social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
Working directly with the Founder and Head of Growth within a lean, ambitious team, you’ll have significant autonomy to shape the strategy, bring new ideas to the business and execute them.
The Opportunity
- Own the influencer & affiliate and organic social channels end-to-end
- Take an existing network of approximately 200 affiliates/creators and continue scaling it into a major customer acquisition channel
- Combine AI-powered outreach and automation with genuine creator relationship building
- Shape the organic social strategy, content calendar and creative direction across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
- Develop campaigns from initial concept through to execution across both influencer and social
- Blend creator partnerships, content, community, creativity and performance marketing within one role
- Work directly with the Founder and Head of Growth and have genuine visibility across the business
- Join a lean, fast-moving environment where you’ll have significant autonomy and ownership
- Work alongside Paid Social and Creative specialists, using organic and creator insights to influence wider acquisition activity
- Receive meaningful equity and share in the future upside you help create

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
