Our client
Our client makes everyday products that take the mess out of pet ownership, using recycled materials where they can. They're a certified B Corp, a small team with big plans, and they're growing.
The Role
Our client already has a community of pet owners and everyday fans who love their products and want to talk about them. They haven't done nearly enough with it yet. That's where you come in.
You'll own the influencer and affiliate programme day to day, with organic social sitting alongside it. It's hands on, and the results of your work will be visible quickly.
You'll work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and the Junior Marketing Manager, who leads on creative. There's a clear playbook to work from and plenty of support while you find your feet.
If you're organised, you love pets, and you want to get stuck into a brand people actually care about, this is worth a conversation.
What you'll do
Influencers and affiliates
The brand has fans out there already: pet owners and lifestyle creators who use the products every day. Your job is to find them, get in touch, and build relationships that last longer than one gifted parcel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Outreach to nano and micro influencers and brand advocates
- Managing gifting, briefing and content approvals
- Keeping track of relationships so nothing gets forgotten
- Reporting on reach, engagement and affiliate sales
- Spotting good UGC and passing it to the creative team for paid ads
Organic social
The brand has been quiet on organic social for a while and wants to change that. You'll own the channel day to day: what goes out, when, and how it sounds.
- Planning and running the content calendar across Instagram (and potentially TikTok)
- Shooting simple, reactive content yourself. Phone footage of a genuinely filthy dog will beat a studio shoot most days
- Replying to comments and DMs, and getting to know the regulars
- Turning creator and customer UGC into content for the brand's own channels
- Spotting the trends worth joining in on, and the ones worth leaving alone
- Reporting on what's working: follower growth, engagement, saves and shares
Who you are
- One to two years in a marketing role. Brand, agency or in-house, all welcome
- A real love of pets. It shows in everything you do, especially your outreach
- A warm, natural communicator who can represent the brand in a way that sounds like a person rather than a brand
- Strong content capability (filming, editing, directing) and an eye for what performs on short-form video
- Organised enough to juggle a lot of relationships at once without losing track of any of them
- Comfortable with data and reporting. You know what good looks like and can explain it clearly
- Able to take a clear brief and run with it on your own
