About us
Atelier Printworks makes long, narrow framed wall art. We sell through our Shopify store and Etsy. We're now building out the creator and social side of the business.
The role
Your main role is to build and run our influencer and creator programme: finding the right interiors, home and lifestyle creators, getting our products onto their walls, and turning that into content we can use across our channels and paid ads. Alongside that you'll own our Instagram account day to day.
What you'll do
Influencer and creator outreach (the main part of the role)
- Research and build a list of interiors, home and lifestyle creators in the UK and USA
- Run outreach, negotiate gifting and paid collaborations, and manage the relationship from first contact to posted content
- Organise product sends, brief creators, track deliverables
- Secure usage rights so content can be run in our paid social and on our website
- Keep a simple tracker of who we've worked with, what it cost and what it produced
- Report monthly on content secured, reach and any sales we can trace back

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
