ABOUT BOLDCUBE:
BOLDCUBE is a British brand making fun, affordable scooters that help kids build independence and get outdoors. Our scooters are modular, so they're easy to repair and built to last.
We sell online and in store across 30+ countries and our community has grown a 12M+ TikTok hashtag and 10,000+ reviews. Now we want someone to grow that community even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be the person who keeps BOLDCUBE's creator community and social channels running day to day. You'll find and sign up family and parent creators, keep them happy, brief them on content, and turn what they make into great posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
This is a hands-on role. You'll work to a plan set by [Marketing Lead / Founder] and own the delivery: outreach, gifting, scheduling, community replies and reporting. It suits someone organised, chatty and at home in the creator world who wants to grow with a fast-moving consumer brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Influencer outreach:
- Find and reach out to family, parenting and kids' lifestyle creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Run our gifting programme: shortlist creators, agree what they'll post, and arrange scooter send-outs.
- Negotiate the occasional paid deal within an agreed budget.
- Keep a tracker of every creator contacted, gifted and posted, so nothing slips.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
