About QOVES

QOVES is a technology company pioneering facial aesthetics, helping consumers make smarter beauty decisions. Every day, people make important decisions about their appearance based on guesswork or generic advice. We help them decide with clarity instead. Our platform gives customers a clear, science-backed understanding of their face, paired with bespoke advice on how they can look better. Our work reaches millions: more than 2.5 million people follow QOVES across platforms and most importantly, our customers are delighted, with 4.8 stars across 600+ reviews; we believe this reflects the care and sensitivity with which we approach everyone who comes to us for guidance. We're a profitable, growing company headquartered at The Library in London, with a team across the globe. What guides us is simple: people deserve more than one-size-fits-all advice when it comes to their appearance. Every decision we make (from the science behind our models to the way we communicate results) is grounded in evidence, responsibility, and a broad, inclusive understanding of beauty.

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end management of our creator campaigns across Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) as well as our UGC pipeline, from sourcing and vetting talent to overseeing the content that comes back. This is an operations role, assisting with content strategy and campaign planning. We are looking for someone who lives inside the Instagram and Reels ecosystem, understands what makes strong UGC and short-form creator content, and who can run a high-volume pipeline without dropping quality. You will report into and work closely with the Head of Partnerships, flagging gaps, proposing improvements, and continuously sharpening how we run creator marketing. This is a high-autonomy role. We move fast and operate at a high level, and you are expected to spot problems and fix them without waiting to be told.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

  • Proven ability to manage Instagram, Facebook, and UGC creator campaigns end to end: sourcing, vetting, quality control, and overseeing delivered content against brief.
  • Sharp editorial judgement on what makes good short-form and UGC content (Reels, Stories, in-feed, and review-style pieces), and the ability to hold that bar when reviewing what comes back, including our UGC standards around audio and video quality, minimal makeup, and clean, on-brand presentation.
  • Fluent with influencer discovery and vetting platforms such as Modash and HypeAuditor, and confident sourcing and assessing creators through them.
  • Deep, current understanding of the Meta landscape, including Reels trends, formats, and how the algorithm rewards content.
  • Excellent brief-writing: you can produce clear creator and UGC briefs and supporting materials that minimise friction and miscommunication, so the content we receive matches what we asked for.
  • Comfortable managing invoicing and approvals through defined checkpoints set by the Head of Partnerships.
  • AI fluent: you use AI tools naturally in your day-to-day to work faster and better.
  • High autonomy and a bias to action. You spot gaps, raise them, and close them rather than waiting for instructions.
