Infor M3 ERP Administrator / Application Specialist
Axon Moore is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Infor M3 ERP Administrator / Application Specialist to take ownership of their M3 environment across BAU support, administration, and continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M3 professional who enjoys combining hands-on ERP support, technical troubleshooting, and business process improvement.
Manchester – Hybrid - 3 days on site
Competitive day rate
Outside IR35
Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend
The Role
You will act as the primary technical and functional point of contact for Infor M3, working closely with teams across:
- Finance
- Procurement
- Supply Chain
- Inventory
- Manufacturing
- Operations
- IT

You'll be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the M3 environment while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Infor M3 administration and BAU support
- User security, roles, and access management
- System configuration and troubleshooting
- Infor OS and M3 APIs
- Integrations and EDI
- System upgrades, patches, and testing
- Master data and data quality
- Reporting and business intelligence
- Vendor and third-party support management
- Business process improvement
- Supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Infor M3 experience
- Good knowledge of M3 business processes and modules
- Experience with Infor OS
- M3 APIs and system integrations
- Experience across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external vendors/support partners

This is a specialist M3 opportunity, and my client is looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of the ERP environment, rather than simply provide first-line support.
