Infor M3 Solution Architect | UK | Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced Infor M3 Solution Architect to join a major transformation programme, helping shape and deliver innovative ERP solutions across the business.
🔹 The Role
As an Infor M3 Solution Architect, you’ll take ownership of the solution architecture across the M3 landscape, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and delivery partners.
You’ll play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable Infor M3 solutions and supporting the organisation through its ERP transformation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Define and own Infor M3 solution architecture across key business processes.
- Translate business requirements into robust M3 solutions and technical designs.
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Provide architectural guidance across M3 modules and integrations.
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimise existing M3 processes.
- Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, and architectural decisions.
- Work with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Provide expertise and mentorship to M3 functional and technical teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong, hands-on Infor M3 experience.
- Proven experience working as an M3 Solution Architect / M3 Architect / Senior M3 Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and end-to-end business processes.
- Experience with M3 integrations and surrounding applications.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or implementation programmes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams.
📍 Location
UK – Hybrid
