Programme Manager - Infor CloudSuite

Location: West Midlands
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite
Salary: Up to £120,000 + benefits

The Opportunity

We are working with a growing international organisation that is investing heavily in its business systems and transformation capability.

As part of this investment, they are establishing a dedicated Business Systems Rollout Team to take greater ownership of their global ERP deployment programme and move away from fragmented, site-led implementations.

They are now looking for an experienced Programme Manager with strong Infor/ERP experience to take ownership of the programme and drive a series of international site rollouts.

This is an opportunity to join at an important stage of the transformation, with the initial programme already underway and multiple international deployments planned across the coming years.

The Role

As Programme Manager, you will own the end-to-end rollout programme, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance and successful delivery across multiple sites.

You will work closely with the Solution Architect, Functional Leads, internal stakeholders, system integrators and local site teams to establish a repeatable rollout model that can be deployed across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the overall ERP rollout roadmap, programme plan and sequencing of deployments.
  • Managing programme governance across scope, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Establishing and maintaining a consistent deployment methodology across sites.
  • Coordinating multiple concurrent and future site rollouts.
  • Ensuring sites are appropriately prepared for testing, training, cutover and go-live.
  • Acting as the primary interface with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Managing relationships with system integrators, vendors and internal delivery teams.
  • Driving adoption of the global template and ensuring changes are managed through a structured change-by-exception approach.
  • Managing programme-level risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
  • Providing clear programme reporting and maintaining strong governance through Steering Committee and stage-gate processes.
  • Ensuring lessons learned from each deployment are fed back into the global rollout model.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
