Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Lead to drive end-to-end Master Data Management initiatives, including solution design, development, implementation, data governance, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica MDM, IDD, IDQ, data quality, and enterprise data integration, with experience leading MDM programs in large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Informatica MDM solution delivery, from requirements through deployment and support.
- Design and implement MDM solutions, including data models, match & merge, survivorship rules, hierarchy management, and data stewardship.
- Perform data profiling, source system analysis, and establish data governance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business, ETL, integration, and analytics teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.
- Optimize MDM performance, manage releases, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor development teams.
- Prepare project plans, estimates, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Informatica MDM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, IDD, IDQ, and MDM Utilities.
- Expertise in Customer/Product/Supplier Master Data, Match & Merge, Data Governance, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management, and Data Quality.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with ETL/Data Integration, REST APIs, SOA, and Agile/Scrum.
- Exposure to IICS, Azure/AWS, and Informatica MDM Certification is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
