Join Our Team as an Informatics Support Officer / Clerical Team Leader
Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a unique opportunity to support and shape imaging informatics? We are offering a full-time position at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, where you will play a key role in supporting the Diagnostic Imaging Department within NWAFT.
About The Role
You will work closely with the Clerical Manager and Clinical Systems Team within Diagnostic Imaging to deliver exceptional informatics services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the clerical team across the Trust.
- Managing and analyzing diagnostic imaging data.
- Overseeing day-to-day administration within the department.
- Performing basic statistical analyses and generating reports.
- Producing regular feedback reports for staff and local healthcare providers as directed by the Diagnostic Imaging leadership team.

In addition, you will be required to deputize for other team members during their absence and contribute to maintaining high standards within the department.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the weekly clerical rota.
- Responsible for clerical annual leave requests.
- Deputize for the Clerical Manager.
- Carry out MPAs on clerical team members.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize a broad range of complex activities including their own and other staff members.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot within an unpredictable environment to ensure continuity of service.
- First point of contact for clerical issues on the Hinchingbrooke site.
